EstablishedParticipation in CityDAO's Snapshot votes fell from more than 1,000 voters in late 2021 (1,262 in a November 2021 poll) to typically about 60-300 voters in 2023-2024; its founder wrote in 2023 that DAOs risk becoming 'vetocracies'.
