“2022年5月1日に施行された中国の「信訪工作条例」は、ほとんどの陳情案件について、受理から60日以内に処理することを求めており、最大30日延長できる（第34条）。また、いかなる組織または個人も陳情者に報復してはならないと定めている（第18条）。”
