紛争の段階的解決手続
- 交渉：{number}日間、助言者の同席可。
- 調停：{roster}から選ばれる調停人による秘密調停、最長{number}日間。
- 仲裁：仲裁人1名が、理由を付した拘束力のある仲裁判断を{number}日以内に下す。
- 不服申立て：{number}日以内に3名の合議体に申し立てる。最終的なものとし、{external review, e.g. review by the courts of the host jurisdiction for procedural unfairness}に限り審査を受ける。
- 費用：{cost rule}。
- 迅速手続：安全、ハラスメントまたは権力の不均衡に関わる事案は第3段階から開始できる。暫定措置はどの段階でも講じることができる。
- 利益相反。すべての調停人および仲裁人は、事案を引き受ける前にいずれかの当事者との関係を開示し、いずれかの当事者が合理的な異議を申し立てた場合は辞退する。
- 記録。結果の匿名化された概要を{report period}ごとに公表する。

3−1. Negotiation. The parties try to settle directly for {number} days. Each may bring an adviser of their choice.
