“2024年改正後のドイツ国籍法は、合法的な常居所を5年間有した後の帰化を定めている。また、外国籍の親を持つ子どもについて、親の一方がドイツに5年間合法的に居住し、永住権を有している場合、出生時に市民権を付与する。”
